Location was good and central, the apartment was spacious and bigger than expected. It was great to have a full-size fridge and freezer, and separate areas for relaxing, eating, and sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped. The person on check in was great and really helpful, advising us on parking for our overheight vehicle. (We ended up parking on the street outside and moved it in the morning before the restrictions kicked in). We travel to Wollongong often, and would stay again.

Quite surprised and pleased to find a washer and drier in the bathroom. This was very useful. My daughter was in hospital unexpectedly, and her 5 year-old was with me. We had been travelling for a few days prior to this, and had no opportunity to wash clothes. So it was appreciated to find the washer and drier, which I had never seen before in a hotel/motel room. Parking facilities, a little scary at first, were useful and not hard to get to or out of.

Room 001 is great for families with a spacious living area, kitchenette, patio, and laundry facilities. Being on the ground floor also made it easy to get the bags from the car. After our long flight and trip from overseas this room was smashing for our recovery. Black-out blinds meant that my baby slept soundly during day time naps.

We had to go to the hospital for appointments and the location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great size. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the evening. Undercover parking and wheelchair accessible which was essential. The receptionist was friendly, professional and very helpful.
